A not-for-profit trust headquartered in New Delhi, serving the needy since 2015.
Who we are
Help & Support Foundation is a public charitable trust registered in New Delhi in August 2015. What began as a group of friends and families pooling help for people in need has grown into a daily food service at AIIMS, two Jan Aushadhi Kendras, and relief work across Delhi and Uttar Pradesh.
Our work is carried out by trustees and volunteers, and funded by individual donors, families who sponsor meal days, and partners.
Our vision
A society where no one goes hungry, untreated or without shelter because they cannot afford it.
Our mission
- Run food services and free meal camps for patients and the poor
- Make generic medicines affordable through Jan Aushadhi Kendras
- Organise health camps and free dispensaries
- Distribute clothes and blankets in winter
- Provide relief during floods and disasters
- Support the education of deserving students

Trust registered in New Delhi; relief for the Nepal earthquake and support for winter night shelters.
2016
Flood relief in Mirzapur and Varanasi.
2017
First Jan Aushadhi Kendra opens in Shankar Nagar, Delhi.
2018
Jan Seva Thali food van begins daily service at AIIMS; Kerala flood relief.
2019
Yamuna flood relief; medicine supply partnership with ECHS.
2020
Twice-daily meals and free COVID-19 test camps through the lockdown.
2022
Help & Support mobile app for the community directory and meal bookings.
2025
Kendra in Farrukhabad celebrates Janaushadhi Diwas; ‘Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam’ plantation drive.
